We only ask for what we need to respond.

Sentinel IT Asset Disposal and Logistics collects contact and project information submitted through the website so we can respond to pickup, bin placement, media-handling, or decommissioning requests.

Information collected

• Name, company, email, and phone number when submitted.
• Project details such as asset counts, pickup city, timing, and whether storage media is involved.
• Basic technical logs from the hosting provider, such as request time, IP address, user agent, and pages requested.

How it is used

We use submitted information to evaluate the request, contact you, scope the pickup, document the job if it proceeds, and maintain basic business records. We do not sell lead information. That particular species of internet rot can stay elsewhere.

Form processing

The initial site may route forms through a third-party form handler. If your request involves sensitive media, do not submit passwords, regulated data, client secrets, or confidential asset lists through the public form. Ask for a direct intake path instead.
